Fletcher has professional and thoughtful approach with her clients. I have found her to be thorough in her ongoing evaluation of my postures. I enjoy her private sessions as well as her classes. Fletcher is a wonderful instructor. This was my first experience with yoga and she was very patient and helpful as she worked with me on my positioning. Her classes are enjoyable, helpful and relaxing.
I’ve taken classes with Fletcher as well as a one-on-one session to get help with my at home routine. She is great for both. Her classes make me feel like my body is in much better alignment and my head is on straight psychically. In the one-on-one she improved how I did each exercise and then created a routine for me based on our discussions with a written guide to remind me what to focus on with each.
