Stretch & Strengthen the Hips

This three pose sequence targets the inner and outer hips. The whole sequence is on the floor and only take 5 minutes.

The abductors move the leg away from the body and are important stabilizers for balance and walking.

The adductors pull the legs towards the center of the body, and assist in keeping the hip joint steady.
