Meditation Medley Course Launch

It’s My Very First Virtual Course
and it took a looooong time to get here!
I have taught group yoga classes since 2005 when I graduated my first teacher training at Discover Yoga.
In 2016 I graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master’s of Science in Yoga Therapy. Since then I have dramatically scaled back my group classes, and have mostly a private practice. Frequently fielding requests for certain series or events I thought, why not put them on the website? Then students can reach me at their convenience.
This idea really hit me in January 19′ when there was a Lunar Eclipse. I made a special sequence, and taped my Monday morning class.
From there I was going through my binders of lesson plans, and found “Intro to Meditation- A 6 week course.” This course got great feedback from it’s participants and meets a demand I get asked about frequently. From there, it has to be completely restructured to it a virtual audience.
I had no idea what an undertaking this would be. I found myself buying a tripod, then learning how to film and edit. Then comes getting it all into the website, doing all the descriptions, photo shoots, and marketing.
Now 9 months later, the day has finally come!
What meditation method is the most effective you ask? The one you practice!
About the Course:
In this beginner course you will have access to a multitude of meditation styles to choose from, most only about 10 minutes. This is not the type of meditation where you ‘clear your mind. In fact it will be just the opposite. These are all concentration based techniques…and yes you can concentrate…This course will increase your productivity, and still the mind.
